EMILY BRUBAKER
Emily Brubaker is a rising filmmaker based in Los Angeles, known for emotionally sharp, visually stylized storytelling across both narrative and branded work.

Her experimental short film The Quiet Loud premiered at Dances With Films in 2022 and made its international debut at the Amarcort Film Festival in Rimini, Italy. Her earlier short, Hide and Seek, earned multiple festival awards and became the foundation for her feature thriller Tender Young Creatures, currently in development.

Emily has extensive experience in film and television, having worked as a long term writing assistant to a veteran WGA screenwriter on a slate of high profile projects.
​
She currently works full time in the performance marketing department at First Media, where she produces and edits short form content for digital campaigns, blending strategy, speed, and storytelling to drive results.
​
Outside of work, she experiments with visual storytelling through personal projects and baking content on TikTok (60k+ followers).
